Dr. Sandra Eames is an accomplished executive business professional with extensive experience in evaluation, evaluation design, operations, budget development, innovative curriculum and program development, staff training, counseling, mediation, communications, organization and client/staff relations. For the past 20+ years she has helped organizations, especially those in the treatment field, meet regulatory standards through evaluation design, needs assessments, survey development, data collection, analysis, grant writing and monitoring, literature reviews and strategic planning.
She has worked with SAMHSA as a field and on-site grant reviewer for seven years and has an extensive history in the role of Principal Investigator with grants awarded by both federal and state agencies. Sandra earned her doctorate degree in education with a major in curriculum instruction/counselor education from Texas Southern University. From St. Edward’s University, she earned her master’s degree in human services specializing in administration of non-profit organizations and her bachelor’s degree in liberal studies specializing in counseling.
Sandra launched Transformations in Recovery in November of 2011 with Tom Bentley as a way to assess, design and evaluate curricula focused on transforming clients and supporting counselors worldwide.
